Section 5 - Shipping and Delivery

Blue Dolphin ships to Italy and abroad, according to the methods available at checkout.

From the moment the order is received to the moment it is fulfilled, meaning shipped, approximately 2 business days may pass. This time is necessary to carefully prepare the package and ensure correct shipping management.

For shipments within Italy, delivery by express courier is estimated at 24/48 business hours from the moment the courier takes charge of the shipment.

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipments are handled through reliable couriers, including BRT/Bartolini and GLS, in order to ensure an efficient service and protect the products during transport.

Shipping within Italy costs €9.90. For international shipments, costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the country of destination.

Delivery times for international shipments may vary, indicatively from 5 to 7 business days, depending on the destination and the transport service available.

All delivery times are to be considered indicative and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for any delays caused by couriers, customs procedures, force majeure events or circumstances beyond our control.

Section 6 - Intellectual Property
