Refund policy

You have the right to request a return within 14 days from the delivery date of your order.

Once we receive your request, our team will review it and provide the necessary instructions to proceed with the return.

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received: unused, intact and complete with any original packaging, labels, tags and accessories.

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process the refund using the same payment method used at the time of purchase. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or the customer’s bank.

Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated or in cases of defective, incorrect or non-compliant products.
